Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP)
We are supported by a Client Money Protection (CMP) scheme, ensuring that your funds are always secure.
CMP is a compensation scheme which reimburses both the landlord, and the tenants should a letting agent cease trading or misappropriate their rent, deposit or other client funds.

Member of the Property Redress Scheme
Making Homes are part of an independent organization that helps resolve disputes between tenants, landlords, and the agent.
Membership ensures that if a complaint is made about the agent's service, it can be formally addressed and resolved through the scheme. This provides an additional layer of protection for clients, ensuring that complaints are handled fairly and professionally.
